Why Everyone's Talking About the Strenvo Grip Strength Tester
A 90 kg digital readout and a target mode that counts your reps, in one handheld tester — the reason people who train their grip have stopped guessing and started measuring.
Your Grip, Shown In Kilos
Most grip tools give you a spring and a feeling. The Strenvo Grip Strength Tester gives you a number. Squeeze the handle and the LED display holds your peak force, up to 90 kg in 100 g steps, in kilos or pounds. Small gains show on the screen before you would notice them.
No More Guessing Your Progress
Without a reading, every session feels much like the last one. Here each result is set against your previous one, with an arrow showing whether you are up or down. Results are saved under your user code, so the Strenvo remembers where you were last week even when you do not.
A Handle That Fits You
Hand size changes how hard you can squeeze, so the handle moves. Turn the dial to bring it in for smaller hands or out for larger ones, then settle your fingers into the contoured grip. The Strenvo display sits angled at the top, where you can read it mid-squeeze.
Charged By USB-C, Ready Anywhere
There are no coin cells to hunt for. The built-in lithium battery recharges over USB Type-C, and an on-screen icon tells you when it needs topping up. Leave it idle for twenty seconds and the Strenvo switches itself off, so it is ready whenever it comes out of the gym bag.
How to Use the Strenvo
There is nothing to pair, download or calibrate. Charge it over USB Type-C, press the power button and the display shows 0.0 kg, ready for a quick grip strength test. For saved results, set a user code with your gender and age first, which only needs doing once.

Frequently asked questions
What does a grip strength tester do?
It measures how hard you can squeeze and shows your peak force in kilos or pounds on the display.
Do I need an app or a subscription?
No. There is no app, no account and no pairing. Everything is shown and stored on the device itself.
Can I train with it as well as test?
Yes. In exercise mode you set a target force, it beeps when you reach it, and it counts those reps and your average.
How does it charge?
Over USB Type-C. A battery icon appears on the display when the built-in lithium battery needs recharging.
What is the maximum it can measure?
Up to 90 kg, or 198 lb, in 100 g steps. Above that the display shows Err, and you should stop squeezing.
Will it fit small or large hands?
Yes. The dial on the handle moves it inwards or outwards, so you can set the span that feels right for your hand.
What do weak, normal and strong mean?
Once you enter your age and gender, each reading is placed against the built-in reference table for ages 10 to 99.
Is there anyone who should check first?
It is a fitness tool, not a medical device. If you have a hand or wrist injury, or recent surgery, ask your GP or physiotherapist first.
